1. Devdutt Padikkal
The young lad stepped foot in T20I format during the second match against Sri Lanka that concluded just a couple of days ago. The youngster almost tried to take the game away from the opposition but it was to no avail.
The 21-year-old scored 29 off 23 balls for Team India in the second match. He went on to score only 9 runs in the T20I decider in Colombo, in what was a massive letdown. Considering his recent form, he may not get a ticket to feature in the 2021 T20 World Cup.
Padikkal has played just a solitary T20I and still hasn’t made a case for himself in the format. Moreover, he lacks experience as far as this format is concerned. With the Indian team already boasts big names, Padikkal may not get a chance to play in the marquee event.
