Cheteshwar Pujara has by far been the best Test specialist for Team India. The right-handed batter holds a truckload of experience when it comes to red ball cricket as he scored 7014 runs at an average of 44.4 including 19 centuries and 34 fifties.

Virat Kohli is one of the batters to watch out for in the BGT series. He will be looking forward to ending his Test century drought in the upcoming Test match as his last Test century came against Bangladesh back in 2019.

KL Rahul addressed the reporters today at a press conference where he stated that he is even willing to bat in the middle order if the team wants that. It will be quite interesting to see what the future holds in store for the star cricketer who is desperate to make an impact for India in the Test series.

KS Bharat has been named the wicketkeeper-batsman for the first two Tests against the Aussies. Since Rishabh Pant has been ruled out of the Test series, KS Bharat will be given the chance to play the role of a wicketkeeper-batsman who is yet to make a debut for India.
