During the ongoing competition, when he was on the fielding side, an intruder invaded the pitch. However, that didn’t affect the flow of the game. The batsman already took a single and was indeed happy with the shot. Nonetheless, Ben Stokes was not at all happy with it.

He immediately went up to the umpire and spoke about the incident. He complained about it to the umpire and asked for a re-bowl. The umpires had a discussion and then agreed to replay the delivery. In the very next delivery, Alex Hales launched the ball for a maximum off Adil Rashid’s bowling.

Meanwhile, Ben Stokes, positioned at long-off had all the time to catch the ball but he dropped it. The ball went for a six. While some fans were happy that Stokes dropped the catch, other fans slammed him for his antics. The video became viral on the internet portals.
