Referred to as “Baby Malinga” for his bowling action, which is quite similar to that of Lasith Malinga, the 21-year-old has delivered sensational spells for CSK in the IPL. Having played 20 games, he has taken 34 wickets at an economy of 7.88. He will be looking forward to unleashing his best version in the upcoming season.
CSK roped in left-arm pacer Khaleel Ahmed for ₹4.8 crore at the IPL 2025 mega auction. The 26-year-old, released by Delhi Capitals ahead of the auction, will be looking forward to starting a new chapter with CSK. Having played 57 games in the IPL since 2018, he has taken 74 wickets at an economy of 8.84.
CSK won the bidding war to acquire the services of Noor Ahmad for ₹10 crore at the IPL 2025 mega auction. The left-arm wrist spinner is expected to thrive on surfaces that serve as a paradise for spinners. The 19-year-old has played 23 games in the IPL, taking 24 wickets.
