England opener is a terrific hitter of the cricket ball. He has a phenomenal strike-rate as far as the shortest format is concerned.

He played 38 games where he scored 890 runs including 5 fifties at a staggering strike-rate of 144. Roy brought his personal best score of 78 against New Zealand in the first semi-final clash of World T20 2016. His innings was laced with 11 boundaries and 2 sixes. Roy was named the man of the match for his match-winning knock.

The South-African-born English cricketer hasn’t really made an impact in the Indian Premier League. Delhi Capitals released Jason Roy ahead of IPL 2021 auction.
