Proteas opener Sarel Erwee steered the ball to the gully. Meanwhile, Mehidy Hasan who was patrolling at that area remained standstill. In fact, he wasn’t really watching the ball thoroughly as he might have thought that the ball was heading towards the other direction.

As it happened, the ball went on hit his stomach. The replays in slow motion clearly showed us that Mehidy was probably watching somewhere else as the ball hit his body.
