IPL 2024: 3 players RCB can release ahead of mini-auction

2) Siddharth Kaul

Indian pacer Siddharth Kaul was roped in by RCB before IPL 2022. However, in the past two seasons, he has played only one game, where he went wicketless and leaked 43 runs in his four overs of spell.

Last season when there was a vacancy for a fast bowler in the main line-up, RCB preferred Vijaykumar Vyashak over Siddharth. It indicated that others were ahead of him in the race already.

Although it might be a bit unfair on Kaul, the franchise might make the decision to release him. Not having enough pace in his armoury, it might be tough for him to get any other franchise ahead of the next season.
