Saqib Mahmood is another English player who might go unsold in the mega auction. He has set his base price of Rs 2 crores, which is the highest price bracket. Moreover, he lacks international experience as he played only 7 ODIs and 7 T20Is for the England national cricket team.

The Lancashire cricketer took 14 wickets in ODIs and 7 wickets in 12 matches. The 24-year-old still has plenty of time to earn the trust of the England selectors and play regular cricket. The IPL franchises will surely target proven performers with international experience.

Since Saqib Mahmood hasn’t done much to brighten his resume in international cricket, he might not attract buyers in the upcoming auction. However, he boasts a pretty impressive record in domestic cricket where he took 67 wickets in 18 T20s.
