Marchant de Lange is a South African player who plied his trade for Somerset. Talking about his traits he is a potential right-arm fast bowler and tail-end right-handed batter. The 31-year-old put his name at the top price bracket of Rs 2 crores for the mega auction.

Not a familiar name in the cricket fraternity, Marchant De Lange is one of the players who might go unsold in the upcoming mega auction. Moreover, he hasn’t done much to justify his base price. He also doesn’t have much international experience to his resume.

The 31-year-old has represented the South African national cricket team in 2 Tests, 4 ODIs and 6 T20Is. He has taken 9, 10 and 7 wickets respectively. Taking his statistics into account, one can easily deduce that he might go unsold for his asking price.
