Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant and Venkatesh Iyer batted really well on the match day. Kohli and Pant scored fifty apiece whereas Iyer scored 33. Kohli scored 52 off 41 balls (7 fours and a six). Pant also scored 52 runs but at a faster rate. He smashed 52 off 28 balls including 7 fours and a six.
Iyer scored 33 off 18 balls including 4 fours and a six. West Indies’ bowler Roston Chase stuck to his line and length and was able to take three wickets to his name. During Team India’s innings, Virat Kohli made the headlines after he was caught trolling the West Indies captain.
