Ever since Glenn Maxwell joined the camp of Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL 2022, he has elevated the team’s performance. He has been in a decent touch so far and scored a total of 112 runs in 4 matches at a strike rate of 193.10. The Big show missed a few matches for RCB at the beginning of the competition courtesy of his wedding. Before the tournament, Glenn Maxwell tied the knot with his Indian-origin girlfriend, Vini Raman.

In the game between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants, Vini Raman was present in the stands to support his husband and the team. However, she could be seen upset upon the dismissal of Maxwell.

Both RCB and LSG began the game with 8 points in their kitty, respectively, and the winner is supposed to reach the top of the points table. Lucknow Super Giants’ skipper invited RCB to bat first after winning the toss.

Sri Lankan pacer Dushmantha Chameera rocked RCB early with back-to-back wickets in the game’s opening over. Then, after the fall of Anuj Rawat and Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell entered the arena as RCB were desperate for a partnership.

Vini Raman gets disappointed as Glenn Maxwell falls

Glenn Maxwell decided to attack the LSG bowlers to inject life in RCB’s innings. The Aussie all-rounder smashed his way to 23 runs off 11 deliveries, including three boundaries and one maximum. However, he could not continue for long as he got out trying to play a reverse sweep off Krunal Pandya.

Vini Raman clearly was the most-upset spectator in the stadium after her husband’s dismissal. Upon the dismissal of Maxwell, her reactions were caught in the camera.
