Gujarat Titans stunned everyone last season by lifting the trophies in their debut season. They will now enter the tournament as the defending champions and will be eager to replicate their success from the last edition.
The Titans signed up Kane Williamson in the auctions to bolster their batting. Meanwhile, they also bought Shivam Mavi to add some depth to their five-star bowling attack. When you take look at the GT’s squad, you could tell they are likely to use their bowlers as the impact players.
Their strategy will change as per the venues as they will prefer the likes of Yash Dayal, Shivam Mavi, and Pradeep Sangwan if they are playing at the Wankhede or Mohali. However, the Titans will like to use Jayant Yadav as the impact player if the match is in Chepauk or Jaipur.
