1. Shahrukh Khan
Tamil Nadu cricketer Shahrukh Khan enrolled himself at the mega auction for his base price of Rs 40 lakh. The right-handed batsman who is known for his batting exploits triggered a bidding war at the auction in Bengaluru.
Needless to say, after a bidding war, he was eventually sold to Punjab Kings for Rs 5.25 crore. The 26-year-old has played 5 first-class matches so far. Overall, he has aggregated 231 runs at an average of 33. Shahrukh Khan is also an occasional right-arm off-spinner but has never bowled in the IPL.
He has played 11 games in the league wherein he scored 153 runs registering his best score of 47. Shahrukh Khan is one of the uncapped Indians to watch out for in the next season.
