In 24 matches, he has scored 1979 runs at an average of 48.26. The run tally includes eight centuries and five fifties.

Meanwhile, he has over 1000 runs in Test matches in England, with two centuries to his name. The veteran batter will head into the World Test Championship final with great confidence, given his record against Australia, and his current form. He slammed two centuries in the recently concluded Indian Premier League 2023 season.

Virat Kohli scored 639 runs at an average of 53.25 and finished as the fourth-leading run-scorer in the season. His current form and outstanding record in Test cricket makes the former Indian skipper a player to watch out for in the upcoming World Test Championship final.
