Mohammad Shami uses the measuring tape to mark his bowling run-up, leaving the umpires bemused
The game between RCB and Gujarat Titans kickstarted at the correct time as the veteran pacer Mohammad Shami delivered the first ball of the game. However, Shami lost his footing before the 2nd delivery and he called a marker from the dugout with a measuring tape.
The process took a considerable time and the umpires were not amused by the pacer for the same reason. But Mohammad Shami tried to explain the situation to the umpires and marked his run-up before resuming the proceedings.
