So far so good for Team India in the ongoing fourth Test against England. The Indians made a terrific comeback in the second innings despite scoring 191 in the first innings. England batsmen aggregated 290 in the first innings and extended a lead of 99 runs.

India produced a batting masterclass in the second innings and frustrated the English seamers. Although the hosts gave everything, they failed to extract from the pitch. On the other hand, India capitalised on the opportunities and kept on adding runs.

The visitors scored 466 in the second innings. Rohit Sharma scored his first-ever overseas Test century. Cheteshwar Pujara scored 61 while Shardul Thakur scored 60 respectively. Rishabh Pant went on to score his fifty in this series.

Chris Woakes was the standout performer for England in the second innings as he took 3 wickets. On the other hand, Ollie Robinson and Moeen Ali took 2 wickets apiece. James Anderson, Craig Overton and Joe Root accounted for a dismissal apiece.

Top-class fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah turned things around for Team India in the ongoing Oval Test match. The Mumbai Indians’ pacer took 2 wickets to his name in the first innings. He expressed his mettle by taking two more wickets in the second innings.
