Meanwhile, CSK pacer Deepak Chahar had an unforgettable day after he proposed to his girlfriend in the gallery in Dubai. The video clip has gone viral on the internet. The incident took place right after the match against Punjab Kings at Dubai International Stadium, Dubai.

Earlier, CSK managed to post 134/6 in their quota of 20 overs. Faf du Plessis scored 76 off 55 balls (8 fours, 2 sixes). Arshdeep Singh and Chris Jordan took 2 wickets apiece for PBKS. In reply, Punjab Kings easily chased down the target in 13 overs itself. PBKS won the game by 6 wickets.

Punjab Kings’ captain KL Rahul fabulously took the attack to the cleaners. The right-handed batsman scored an unbeaten 98 off 42 balls with the help of 7 fours and 8 hits over the fence. Shardul Thakur was the pick of the bowlers for CSK as he took 3 wickets.

Surprisingly, CSK seamer was seen proposing to his girlfriend after the game against Punjab Kings. The ever-so captivating moment happened after he returned from the field. Chahar is not ‘single’ anymore as he is in a relationship now.


Soon after the couple exchanged rings, the adorable pair hugged each other. The video clip has gone viral all over the internet. Fans couldn’t stop commenting on the adorable video. Deepak Chahar has always been instrumental when it comes to showcasing his mettle in the powerplay overs.

He has played 13 games for CSK this season wherein he took 13 wickets to his name. CSK played all 14 games of the league stage. Currently, they are second in the points table. They have won 9 games but lost 5 games this season.
