Team India were on the receiving end of trolls in the wake of their performance in the ICC World Test Championship Final against New Zealand in Southampton. The Kiwis deservedly won the game by 4 wickets to win the inaugural edition of the ICC Test Championship.

Following the end of the first cycle of the ICC Test Championship, India locked horns with England for a five-match Test series. The first Test ended in a draw. Team India won the second Test by 151 runs at The Lord’s and took the opening lead in the series.

After that, England came up with a tactical approach to outsmart India in the third Test. The hosts won by an innings and 76 runs at Headingley in Leeds. With this win, they levelled the series 1-1. England also dictated terms in the first innings of the fourth Test.

Indian batsmen looked clueless more often than not and were all out for 191 in the first innings. Chris Woakes made a difference with the ball for England by taking four wickets to his name. England batted well than India in the second innings by posting 290.

Umesh Yadav took three wickets to his name. The likes of Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur and Ravindra Jadeja took two wickets each. England were all out for 210 as India scripted a remarkable 157-run win over the hosts in London.

Following India’s victory, Fox Cricket trolled Indian captain Virat Kohli by labelling his celebration ‘classless’ on Twitter. The caption reads: “‘Classless’: World divided as Virat Kohli trolls Barmy Army after embarrassing England”

Meanwhile, Wasim Jaffer decided to teach Fox Cricket a lesson by correcting the caption. “Captain Courageous: World applauds as Virat Kohli’s team brings the dead game to life and scripts historic win. Here fixed it for you @FoxCricket. #ENGvIND,” Jaffer wrote.
