Royal Challengers Bangalore spent a massive amount of INR 15 crore to afford the services of New Zealand cricketer Kyle Jamieson. It was a proper gamble from the RCB team management and the player definitely appears to be a great deal on paper.
The lanky New Zealand cricketer has had an impressive start to his cricketing career. He has been statistically good in the international arena so far as he maintained a phenomenal average of 56.5 with the bat and a bowling average of 13.27 in the longest format of the game.
Needless to say, Jamieson hasn’t proved his worth in the truncated version of the game so far. He has played 8 T20Is wherein he took 4 wickets and scored just 41 runs. However, he is a talented cricketer and will be looking forward to a great season for RCB.
