Adam Milne is a lethal fast bowler from New Zealand. He is currently with the Kiwi squad for the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. The right-handed pacer can single-handedly blow away the opposition on his given day. However, his career could never be propelled as the pacer is highly injury-prone.
In auctions ahead of the IPL 2022, Chennai Super Kings signed Adam Milne for INR 1.9 crore. He was supposed to lead CSK’s bowling attack last season but an injury in the franchise’s opening game ruled the pacer out for the rest of the season.
The Chennai-based franchise could release Adam Milne ahead of the auction for the IPL 2023 given the doubts over his durability throughout the season and injury history. They will also look to sign a gun bowler who could lead their bowling attack throughout the tournament.
