New Zealand pacer Adam Milne is a perfect example of a proper fast bowler who can hit the deck hard with pace. Chennai Super Kings shelled out INR 1.9 crore to sign the Kiwi for the IPL 2022.

However, the pacer does not have a favorable history with injuries. He got injured in the season opener to be ruled out for the rest of the season. His injury came to haunt the four-time champions as they struggled with the new ball throughout the season.

Many teams need a quality fast bowler in their ranks. Hence, if any team comes inquiring about an overseas pacer, the Chennai Super Kings are unlikely to ponder much about trading him for a suitable player.
