Rahul Dravid's tenure as head coach comes to an end post the T20 World Cup 2024.

2. Stephen Fleming

Stephen Fleming has a wealth of experience when it comes to coaching. He has been the most successful coach in the history of the IPL. Ever since taking over as the CSK’s head coach in 2009, there was no turning back since then.
Under his coaching, CSK became a formidable force to be reckoned with in the competition and became the best team in the competition’s history. Chennai Super Kings won as many as five IPL titles (2010, 2011, 2018, 2021 & 2023).
Apart from that, CSK won two Champions League T20 titles (now-defunct). The veteran coach has thrived in making tactical decisions that take advantage of the team’s strengths. This has been the secret to CSK’s success.
1. Justin Langer

Justin Langer is one of the big names who can replace Rahul Dravid as the head coach of Team India. The Delhi Capitals’ head coach is someone who holds a truckload of coaching experience in his resume.
He served as the head coach of the Australian men’s cricket team from May 2018 to February 2022. Under his tutelage, Australia scaled great heights. He guided the Aussies to maiden win in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021.
On top of that, Justin Langer’s turning point in his coaching career came in the 2019 Ashes series in England, where Australia retained the Ashes. Team India will flourish under his guidance and start winning ICC titles if the BCCI appoints him as the head coach.
