Yuzvendra Chahal posts a special tweet after Wanindu Hasaranga’s sensational bowling spell against KKR

The sixth game of the ongoing season between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders turned out to be a low-scoring contest. The game has witnessed so many edge of the seat moments that kept the fans engaged to the game.

Wanindu Hasaranga produced a fantabulous performance during the game against KKR. He showed great character in his bowling approach as he stuck to his bowling variations of exceptional line and length.

Moreover, he conceded only 20 runs in his quota of 4 overs at an economy rate of 5. He has taken as many as four wickets to his name. Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals’ spinner Yuzvendra Chahal heaped praise on Wanindu Hasaranga for his bowling performance.

The former RCB man took to his official Twitter handle and posted a special tweet for the Sri Lankan international. The tweet reads, “Wanindu Hasaranga champion.” His tweet went viral in no time on social media.

Talking about the game, RCB chased down the target in 19.2 overs. Sherfane Rutherford top-scored with 28 runs. Dinesh Karthik hit the winning runs for RCB as he struck a six and a four off Andre Russell.

Royal Challengers Bangalore lost their opening game against Punjab Kings. However, they made a comeback against KKR to win their first game. RCB will take on Rajasthan Royals on April 5 at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
