WATCH: Timm van der Gugten showcases bowling masterclass as Glamorgan beat Surrey by 1 run

David Lloyd scored 41 off 31 balls including 6 fours and a six at a strike rate of 132.26. Kiran Carlson scored 32 off 16 balls with the help of 5 fours and a six. Gus Atkinson bowled his quota of 4 overs where he took 2 wickets to his name including a maiden over.

Glamorgan beat Surrey by 1 run

Ollie Pope top-scored with 60 off 45 balls for Surrey in the run-chase. While he was batting so well, he was run out by the joint efforts of Kiran Carlson and James Weighell. Kyle Jamieson also played well for his 31 off 15 balls including 3 fours and 2 sixes. 

When 13 runs were required off the last over, Timm van der Gugten displayed his bowling masterclass as he kept Kyle Jamieson and Gareth Batty silent. Surrey almost pulled off a run-chase but lost the game by 1 run. Jamieson provided a ray of hope with a sensational six off the second ball of the last over but he got out in the last ball of the over.
