Siddharth Kaul posts a thought message on Twitter after India snub

Indian cricket has always been a nation that has produced promising prospects over the years. Despite tough competition in the Indian cricket team, the talented ones including batsmen and bowlers still found their way to make it into the playing XI, in what was a dream come true moment for them.

But now, the competition has become so fierce and at the same time, the number of talented players in India have also increased to a great extent. The BCCI observed that these talents are getting wasted as they are simply warming the bench more often after failing to get opportunities to showcase their mettle.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India made up their mind to come up with a strategy of two Indian teams such that most of the youngsters would get a chance to express themselves on the field. It is cognizance of the fact that the main squad is already in the United Kingdom for two important assignments.

Team India will the inaugural edition of the ICC World Test Championship final against New Zealand at The Ageas Bowl in Southampton on June 18. After that, they will lock horns with England in the five-match Test series in the month of August.

Team India will spend their time in England in July and will not participate in the Sri Lanka tour. India will play three ODIs followed by three T20Is. A number of new players got their maiden call-ups while some others were overlooked by the selectors. Earlier, wicket-keeper batsman, Sheldon Jackson was heartbroken after India snub.

He took to his Twitter handle to post a heart-break emoji and his tweet went viral on the internet. Meanwhile, Siddharth Kaul posted a thoughtful message on Twitter following India snub. The right-arm pacer who represented India in 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is so far said that he is working really hard to make a comeback to the Indian team.

“I have failed over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed. And when I fail I have the smile on my face which motivates me work even harder,” Siddharth Kaul wrote on Twitter.
