RCB vs LSG Head-to-Head record in the history of IPL

RCB have the upper hand against LSG.

Royal Challengers Bangalore have been the most consistent side in the last three seasons of the Indian Premier League. It is worth mentioning here that they are the only team that made it to the playoffs in the last three editions on the trot. It will be quite interesting to see where they will end up in the sixteenth edition of the IPL.

Of course, they would want to make a bid for the first title this time around. They do have players at their disposal who are capable of causing havoc on the opposition. However, at the same time, they lack the cutting edge to bring the best out of themselves in the clutch moments, a trait that they have lacked in the competition so far.

Royal Challengers Bangalore finished fourth on the group stage points table. Having played 14 games so far, they have won eight games and lost the rest of the six games, collecting 16 points. They even defeated Lucknow Super Giants in the Eliminator. Nonetheless, they lost to Rajasthan Royals in the second qualifier, which was the end of the road for them.

On the other side of the coin, Lucknow Super Giants was inducted into the Indian Premier League in the 2022 edition. Under the captaincy of KL Rahul, Lucknow Super Giants made it to the playoffs by finishing third on the league stage points table. Needless to say, they failed to churn out a winning result while locking horns with RCB in the Eliminator.
