4. All-rounder: Andre Russell
The IPL 2024 hasn’t seen all-rounders delivering the goods equally with bat and ball. We picked Andre Russell based on his bowling performance including his 3/19 in the IPL 2024 final against SRH at Chepauk. Russell might not have ticked the boxes with the bat but has been superb with the ball.
The Caribbean has accounted for 19 dismissals in 14 appearances this season at a bowling average of 15.53. On the contrary, he scored 222 runs at a strike rate of 185 including a fifty.
5. Bowlers: Harshal Patel, Varun Chakravarthy, Jasprit Bumrah and Harshit Rana
Harshal Patel won the Purple Cap for finishing IPL 2024 as the leading wicket-taker. He led the Punjab Kings’ bowling attack by example quite consistently throughout the season. Having played all 14 games for PBKS in the league stage, he has accounted for 24 dismissals at an average of 19.88.
Varun Chakravarthy has had a great season for KKR this season. The Tamil Nadu-born spun the web for the franchise when it mattered the most. He finished the season as the second leading wicket-taker with 21 wickets in 14 appearances at an average of 19.14.
Jasprit Bumrah was the best performer for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024. He pitched in with disciplinary bowling variations of line and length. Rightly so, he reaped rewards for his performances. He is one of the three bowlers to have taken a fifer in IPL 2024.
The right-arm fast bowler took 20 wickets in 13 matches so far at an average of 16.70 and an impressive economy of 6.48. Harshit Rana has been the find of IPL 2024. He was one of the players who played the part in helping KKR win the title. Rana took 19 wickets in 12 games at an average of 20.16.

Travis Head has been one of the top-notch signings of the IPL 2024. Sunrisers Hyderabad immensely benefited from his services in the batting department. He finished the tournament as the leading run-getter for SRH with 567 runs at a strike rate of 191.55 including 4 fifties and a centuries.
Head played one of the substantial roles in helping the Sunrisers reach the final. Unfortunately, he failed to bring the best out of himself in the two crucial games where he struggled to operate in top gear in the Qualifier 1 and the final against KKR where he was dismissed for a duck.
