IPL 2023: Predicting starting XI of Punjab Kings (PBKS) for the season

It wouldn’t be wrong to say that Liam Livingstone can fit into any side in the world. His ability to score runs at any position makes him a valuable option. In IPL 2022, he smashed 437 runs in 14 games, averaging 36.42 and maintaining unbelievable strike-rate of 182.08. Apart from batting, he also picked up six wickets in the season.
Rishi Dhawan is a consistent performer in the domestic arena. Unfortunately, he didn’t get enough games last season to prove himself in the league. However, the management would like to give him a prominent role in the side. He has the ability to score quick runs down the order and also provide important breakthroughs.
Punjab Kings broke their bank to sign English all-rounder Sam Curran at the mini-auction. They signed his services for whopping INR 18.5 crore, which is the highest ever for anyone. Reason being, his extra-ordinary performance in the league. He missed last season but is all set to do exploits this time.
