Hardik Pandya is currently basking in the glory of three consecutive wins for Gujarat Titans. The newly-appointed skipper has made an explosive return to cricket as the all-rounder is scoring runs with the bat, taking wickets with the ball, and also making a difference on the field.

However, Pandya will be more satisfied with the team’s results than his performances as Gujarat Titans is the only unbeaten team in the competition after three matches. The junior Pandya is an animated character known for his antics on the field. His emotions, once again, were on display in the game against Punjab Kings as Hardik Pandya vented out his frustration on David Miller after getting run out.

It was a vital moment in the match as Gujarat Titans required 18 runs in six deliveries to win the game. While Odean Smith came to bowl the last over, David Miller took the strike, and Hardik Pandya was on the non-striker end. Meanwhile, Odean bowled the ball, and Miller missed the shot, but the South African took off to steal a single off the wicketkeeper.

Hardik Pandya wasn’t fully committed to the run, and he was caught well short of the crease by Jonny Bairstow with an underarm throw. After the runout, Pandya was clearly frustrated and was seen venting out his anger on David Miller before heading to the pavilion.

Hardik Pandya and Gujarat Titans are off to a great start

Gujarat Titans registered a tense win over Punjab Kings after Rahul Tewatia smashed Odean Smith for two sixes on the last two deliveries with 12 runs required. It was nothing short of a miracle as the game looked gone for the Titans at the moment.

However, the game’s hero was Shubman Gill, who played a beautiful knock of 96 runs off 59 deliveries to win the game for his side. The skipper Hardik Pandya will be happy to see the team’s performance and will look to continue on their merry ways.
