Indian captain Virat Kohli is arguably the best batsman in the world at present without the shadow of any doubt. It doesn’t matter which format he plays, he always delivers the goods while also maintaining sheer consistency across formats.

It is worth mentioning here that he is the only batsman in the modern-era to possess a batting average in excess of 50 in all three formats. He is definitely one of the players to watch out for in the forthcoming T20I series against England.

Kohli played 85 games in his T20I career wherein he managed to score 2928 runs with a phenomenal average of 50.5 and a strike-rate of 138.4. India’s run-machine has smashed 25 half-centuries and is yet to score a century in this format. However, he has every possibility of scoring at least one in the series.
