Team India are currently playing against Hong Kong at the Dubai International Stadium in the 2022 Asia Cup. Invited to bat, India dealt a major blow in the fifth over when their captain Rohit Sharma departed back to the pavilion after scoring 21 off 13 deliveries.

Virat Kohli, who came to the crease, offered some resistance alongside KL Rahul to take the innings forward. Both players played some eye-catching shots as and when required to set the stage for the upcoming batters. However, Rahul lost his wicket off Mohammad Ghazanfar when he tried to sweep a delivery but ended up nicking it.

But what came next was even more exciting for the Indian fans as the duo of Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav showed off their top-notch game. Kohli, who has struggled with the bat in the recent past, scored a well-built fifty, including some classic shots. Yadav, who failed to score big against Pakistan, didn’t leave any chance this time to send the ball for a ride.

This is the first official T20I game between the two nations, the last time they met was in the 2018 Asia Cup where India handed a 20-run defeat to Hong Kong. If India manages to win this team, they will seal a spot in the Super Four stage.
