Bangladesh are crossing swords with Australia in the five-match T20I series. The first two games ended in favour of the hosts at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. The hosts won the T20I opener by 23 runs and took the opening lead in the series.

Bangladesh managed to open their account against Australia in this format. Earlier, they faced the Aussies on four occasions but lost all of them. However, they ensured to exploit Aussies’ frailties at the right place to get a better result.

Nasum Ahmed, the left-arm unorthodox spinner, made life tough for the Aussies. The Men in Yellow struggled to tackle spin, something they should learn soon before it’s too late. Nasum Ahmed was adjudged the Man of the Match for taking 4 wickets.

Bangladesh posted just 131/7 in 20 overs. Despite posting a low total, they still managed to dismantle Australia for 108/10. Coming to the second T20I, Australia batted first and posted a paltry score of 121/7 in 20 overs. Mitchell Marsh once again top-scored with 45.
