Pakistan captain Babar Azam is one of the best batsmen in the world. He is someone who has time and again deciphered the opposition team’s strategy and approached the game accordingly. Moreover, he has created sensational records in his cricketing career.
Babar Azam is currently playing for Karachi Kings in the 7th season of the Pakistan Super League. Unfortunately, his team haven’t performed well this season. They are the only team that is yet to get off the mark in the ongoing season.

Although Karachi Kings managed to post a big total of 170/7 on the board, they failed to defend the title and ended up losing the game by six wickets. Sharjeel Khan was the pick of the batters for Karachi Kings as he scored 60 off 39 balls with the help of 8 fours, 3 sixes.
Apart from him, captain Babar Azam also contributed to the team’s total by scoring 41 off 33 balls with the help of 5 fours. As far as Lahore Qalandars are concerned, Haris Rauf was the pick of the bowlers as he took 3 wickets to his name.
The best moment of the match was witnessed when Rashid Khan deceived Babar Azam with a world-class delivery. The Karachi Kings was taken aback by the delivery that spun and shattered his stumps after he tried to play a shot.

The incident happened during the 15th over when Karachi Kings were looking for ways to score more runs. However, Rashid Khan was brought into the attack and he provided a crucial breakthrough by making a mess of Babar Azam’s stumps.
Lahore Qalandars chased down the target without any fuss with 4 balls to spare. Fakhar Zaman top-scored with 106 off 60 balls including 12 fours and 4 sixes. Qalandars won the game by 6 wickets and secured their first win of this season.
