Kolkata Knight Riders signed legendary Aussie skipper Aaron Finch as a replacement player for English opener Alex Hales. Finch was supposed to add firepower alongside experience to KKR’s top order.
However, the Aussie white-ball skipper failed to deliver as he could only score 86 runs in 5 matches. While he had a strike rate of 141, he crossed the 50-run mark only once.

Aaron Finch has already retired from ODIs and he hasn’t been in the best of form lately. In all probability, the Kolkata Knight Riders will release the Aussies as they search for a new opener.
