2. Tim Seifert
Tim Siefert has a proven track record in T20 cricket and therefore, the Delhi Capitals signed the Kiwi batter for INR 50 lakh in the auction for IPL 2022. In fact, the batter also got a couple of opportunities at the top at the start of the season when David Warner was not available.
However, Tim Seifert failed to grab those opportunities and scored only 24 runs in 2 matches. The right-handed batter was dropped to the bench as David Warner arrived and he never got another game for the rest of the season.
Many teams are searching for a wicketkeeper-batter who could open the batting. Tim Seifert could be a perfect fit for them and the Delhi Capitals might opt to ship out the player as they already have overseas power-hitters present in their squad.
