Will RCB be able to win their first IPL title?

RCB will once again take onto the field with the aim of winning their maiden IPL title. They failed to qualify for the playoffs last season and would like to turn things around this team.

They ended at the sixth position in the IPL 2023 points table with just 14 points in as many games. After so many chances in the squad, the Bengaluru-based franchise will be positive and hopeful of doing wonders in the upcoming season.

RCB skipper enjoyed a good time with the bat last season, where he smashed 730 runs in just 14 innings, including eight fifties. He averaged 56.15 with a healthy strike rate of 153.68.

Once again, the 39-year-old batter will aim at repeating his heroics with the bat. Alongside him, the role of veteran Indian batter Virat Kohli cannot be ignored too. He has been associated with the franchise since the league’s inception.

RCB’s squad for IPL 2024: Faf du Plessis, Glenn Maxwell, Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar, Anuj Rawat, Dinesh Karthik, Suyash Prabhudessai, Will Jacks, Mahipal Lomror, Karn Sharma, Manoj Bhandage, Mayank Dagar (traded from SRH), Vijaykumar Vyshak, Akash Deep, Mohammed Siraj, Reece Topley, Himanshu Sharma, Rajan Kumar, Cameron Green (traded from MI).
