Andre Russell who is one of the top fielders in the sport, showed off his fielding skills in the game between London Spirit and Oval Invincibles. Despite past injuries, the Caribbean proved his sharpness when fit as a fiddle as he pulled off an absolute screamer against the Invincibles.

The incident happened during the 18th ball of the second innings, when Will Jacks attempted to hit one over the bowler’s head but didn’t time the ball at all. Meanwhile, Andre Russell, sprinting back from mid-off, stretched out and caught the ball, deftly maintaining his balance to get the job done.

3. Jacob Bethell somehow manages to pull off a good catch vs Southern Brave

Jacob Bethell hogged the limelight for taking a spectacular catch during the Men’s Hundred 2024 Eliminator between Birmingham Phoenix and Southern Brave. The incident happened during the 96th ball of Brave’s innings, when James Coles tried to hit a Sean Abbott delivery over deep square leg.

The ball headed for the boundary but Bethell had other ideas in mind as he jumped and caught the ball mid-air, almost losing his balance over the rope but somehow managed to hold on to the ball and thus completed a superb catch in his safe pair of hands.
