12. Mohammed Shami
Mohammed Shami is one of the experienced pacers of the Indian cricket team. The veteran pacer is known for his ability to bowl at a brisk pace. The way in which he pulls out his weapons like ‘seam’ and ‘swing’ is what makes him one of the ferocious bowlers.
He is the second-highest wicket-taker for Team India in the World Test Championship of 2019-21. He has accounted for 40 dismissals in just 11 games. Meanwhile, his high bounce balls can do a world of good for India, particularly in South African soil that is bouncy.
He has played 54 Tests for India wherein he took 195 wickets to his name. He is just 5 wickets away from taking 200 wickets and we expect him to achieve the feat in the upcoming series.
