Shimron Hetmyer is a West Indian cricketer, born on December 12, 1995 in Guyana. He is a left-handed batsman who represents Guyana Amazon Warriors in the Caribbean Premier League and West Indies in international cricket. Hetmyer made his international debut for the West Indies in December 2017 in a One Day International match against New Zealand.
He has represented West Indies in all three formats of the game and is known for his aggressive batting style. In the 2018 IPL, he was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore for a whopping 4.2 crore.
