All-Rounders: Ravindra Jadeja

Veteran Ravindra Jadeja is likely to be the only all-rounder in the side. He was also given the much-needed rest after the World Cup final. Surprisingly, he was named as vice-captain and will assist Suryakumar in the T20I series.

Team India will unfortunately miss Hardik Pandya’s services on the tour. He suffered an ankle injury at the mega event and is likely to be out for 3-4 months. Most probably, he will be back in action in the IPL 2024.

For backup, Washington Sundar is available in the squad but unlikely to get a game under his hat. The visitors will give priority to the team combination, which will hinder his selection in the main line-up.
