2. Martin Guptill – 172 sixes

Easily the most underrated opener in the world of cricket, Martin Guptill, is a class batter. The right-handed batter is a mainstay of the Kiwi batting line-up for years now but hasn’t received the credit he deserves from the cricket fraternity. Martin Guptill is 2nd on the list of the players with the most number of sixes in T20I cricket. Guptill has scored 172 sixes in 121 innings and he carries a career strike rate of 135.80.

3. Chris Gayle – 124 sixes

4. Eoin Morgan – 120 sixes

The former skipper of England is 4th in the list of the batters with most maximums in the T20Is. The left-handed southpaw smoked 120 sixes in 115 T20Is during his career. The world-cup-winning skipper was an explosive middle-order batter and carried a career strike rate of 136.17.

5. Aaron Finch – 119 sixes

The current Aussie skipper is one of the most destructive openers in T20 cricket at the moment. He has already retired from ODI cricket and will be looking to hang his boots from T20Is post the T20 World Cup 2022. With 119 maximums in 94 T20Is, Finch is sitting 5th in the list of the batters with the most maximums in T20I cricket. The Aussie skipper has a career strike rate of 145.91.
