The skipper Sanju Samson also looked in great touch as the right-handed batter blasted 47 runs off 26 deliveries to take his side to a good total in the big game.

Chasing the total, Gujarat Titans lost Wriddhiman Saha early but Matthew Wade and Shubman Gill stitched a vital partnership for the 2nd wicket. However, the Royals kept chipping in with the wickets and reduced the Titans to 85/3 in the 10th over.
