What a team Gujarat Titans is! They have made it a habit to chase down the thrillers in their very first season. This time, David Miller emerged the man of the moment for the Gujarat Titans as they defeated Rajasthan Royals by 7 wickets to book their berth in the final of the IPL 2022.

With a place in the final up for grabs, Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals locked horns in the qualifier one of the Indian Premier League 2022 on Tuesday night. Gujarat Titans’ skipper Hardik Pandya won the vital coin flip and invited the Royals to bat first.

Riding on the Orange Cap holder Jos Buttler’s knock of 89 runs off 56 deliveries, the Men in Pink posted a daunting total of 188/6 in 20 overs. The skipper Sanju Samson also looked in great touch as the right-handed batter blasted 47 runs off 26 deliveries to take his side to a good total in the big game.

Chasing the total, Gujarat Titans lost Wriddhiman Saha early but Matthew Wade and Shubman Gill stitched a vital partnership for the 2nd wicket. However, the Royals kept chipping in with the wickets and reduced the Titans to 85/3 in the 10th over.
