3. Moeen Ali
When the majority of the CSK players dazzled or performed in patches in the last season, Moeen Ali failed miserably. The England international failed to bring the best out of himself with the bat, scoring 124 runs in 15 games.
On the other side of the coin, the Englishman was pretty decent with the ball, accounting for nine dismissals. Moeen Ali is someone who brings an aggressive mentality to the table. Rightly so, he could serve as an excellent opening partner for Ruturaj Gaikwad.
