Dhoni finishes it off in style. We were used to hearing these words when MS Dhoni used to finish the game for India. Arguably the greatest finisher the game has ever seen had won numerous games for India. However, India have struggled to find a finisher since the retirement of the former skipper.

Meanwhile, MS Dhoni is still playing IPL for Chennai Super Kings and still doing wonders for them. ‘Thala’ was on his absolute best as he smashed 16 runs on the final four deliveries to win the game of Chennai Super Kings.

Mumbai Indians were up against Chennai Super Kings in the 33rd match of the IPL 2022 on Thursday. It was a dream start for the Yellow Army as they sent both openers back for a duck. With the game titled towards the Blues, MS Dhoni stitched a crucial partnership with Dwaine Pretorius. However, the South African all-rounder got out on the first delivery of the final over, with CSK needing 17 runs off the final five deliveries.

Dwayne Bravo gave the strike to MS Dhoni with a single and ‘Mahi’ took the charge. The fans witnessed the vintage Dhoni as the former skipper blasted 16 runs off the final four deliveries to seal the win.

Fans go into a frenzy, ask Dhoni to comeback

Twitter was set ablaze by the knock of MS Dhoni and the fans demanded MSD come out of the retirement to play for India. Former pacer RP Singh led the conversation and posted a tweet asking MS Dhoni to play again.
