Talking about the second leg fixture between the two teams, CSK skipper MS Dhoni won the toss and opted to bowl first.

RCB started the game really well, thanks to Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal’s productive partnership. The duo channelised the aggression in the right way by taking the attack to the cleaners. The openers succeeded in adding a century-plus partnership. They added 111 runs for the opening wicket.

Virat Kohli departed after making 53 off 41 while Devdutt Padikkal top-scored with 70 off 50. On the other hand, DJ Bravo bowled really well for CSK as he took 3 wickets to his name. RCB posted 156/6 in their quota of 20 overs. In reply, the Super Kings made a clever run chase.

They kept finding the boundaries and then just knocked it around when it mattered the most. Royal Challengers Bangalore bowlers tried their best to stop the yellow brigade. However, CSK pulled off a win in 18.1 overs. With this win, they move back to the top of the table
