SRH vs LSG Head-to-Head record in the history of IPL

Only one game has been played between these two sides as of now.

Sunrisers Hyderabad are considered as one of the most consistent teams in the history of the Indian Premier League. Ever since their debut in IPL 2013 season, they have operated as a collective force and yielded positive results when it mattered the most. This is precisely the reason why they were able to come out on top in clutch moments of the game.

Overall, they have qualified for the playoffs six times in their ten participating campaigns so far, which is quite a record. Besides that, they can take pride in the fact that they won their maiden IPL title in the 2016 edition. Sunrisers Hyderabad made it all the way to the finals of that season and defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore to taste the IPL glory.

Sunrisers Hyderabad were the runners-up in the IPL 2018 season but lost to Chennai Super Kings in the final showdown. On the other side of the coin, Lucknow Super Giants were newly promoted to the Indian Premier League in the 2022 season. In their debut season, they performed ever so well and qualified for the playoffs by finishing third on the points table.

Having played 14 games in the league stage, they could win nine games and made it to the playoffs. Needless to say, they lacked the killer instinct while locking horns with Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Eliminator clash. LSG were knocked out by RCB in the must-win encounter, which was the end of the road for KL Rahul and Co in the fifteenth edition of the IPL.
