If there is one bowler out there who could perfectly replace Prasidh Krishna, his name is Sandeep Sharma. The 29-year-old shockingly went unsold during the IPL 2023 auctions. Sandeep Sharma is an experienced IPL campaigner and almost guarantees wickets with the new ball.
He is a swing bowler and bowls with great control in the powerplay. Sandeep Sharma has bagged 114 wickets in 104 IPL matches at a decent economy rate of 7.77. Furthermore, he had a great domestic season with Chandigarh as he picked up 10 wickets in 6 SMAT matches at a brilliant economy rate of 5.55.
Furthermore, Sandeep Sharma accounted for 13 wickets in 7 VHT matches as well. While Sandeep Sharma is not a bowler of Prasidh Krishna’s mould, he has more than enough quality to replace him. The right-arm pacer also brings a ton of experience playing in the IPL that could help the Jaipur-based franchise.
