2. Oshane Thomas
The inaugural IPL champions should look to rope in West Indies international Oshane Thomas as a replacement for Barbados-born pacer Jofra Archer. Oshane is only 24 years old but still managed to draw the attention of the cricket fraternity with his bowling.
His potential to bowl at a brisk pace and that too at a young age makes him a class apart from most other bowlers. The lanky pacer has represented the West Indies cricket team in 15 T20Is and has bagged 18 wickets to his credit.
Oshane Thomas hogged the limelight in the T20I opener against Sri Lanka at Pallekele wherein he ripped through the defence of the Sri Lankan batting line-up. He registered his best bowling figures of 5/28 in the match. Oshane will be an important weapon in the Rajasthan Royals’ pace bowling department in the 2021 edition of the IPL.
