Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh stole the spotlight with his rib-tickling remark on Shikhar Dhawan’s latest Instagram post. The Turbanator’s cheeky reply left everyone in splits and the witty one-liner has garnered traction among the netizens on social media.

It all started when the veteran cricketer, Shikhar Dhawan took to his microblogging Instagram handle and posted a picture of himself chilling in an adventurous ride on a boat. According to the picture, Dhawan can be seen donning a bright yellow-colored shorts while also sporting sunglasses.

The Punjab Kings’ captain impressed everyone with his stylish outfit. The post went viral in no time on social media. The veteran posted a caption which reads, “Which view is better?”. While the netizens chipped in with their views, Harbhajan Singh entered the frame and grabbed all the attention.

The former off-spinner wittily referred to Shikhar Dhawan’s shorts as “yellow kache wala,” which roughly translates to “the one wearing yellow underwear.” Harbhajan’s comment spread like wildfire on the internet. It is no secret that Harbhajan and Dhawan share a great deal of camaraderie.

It is a bond that extends beyond the cricket field, which was built on years of playing together. The duo used to share jokes and support each other through the ups and downs of cricket. Harbhajan and Dhawan have also made public appearances together and they have genuine respect and affection for each other.

Shikhar Dhawan was last seen playing for Punjab Kings in IPL 2024. He made just five appearances for the franchise before he was ruled out of the competition due to a shoulder injury. Sam Curran led the team as the interim captain in Dhawan’s absence. PBKS failed to qualify for the playoffs as they finished 9th on the league stage points table. They won five games but lost the remaining 9 games.
