5 Indian T20I cricketers who were overlooked by Indian selectors

4. Shivam Dube

Shivam Dube

When he was given a chance to don the Indian outfit in place of the injured Hardik Pandya, Dube wasted golden opportunities and was subsequently dropped from the Indian national cricket team after a brief stint with the team.

His brief spell with the team lasted only three months where he played 9 games and scored 105 runs at a strike-rate of 136.36 including a half-century. But, he failed to live up to the reputation and was inconsistent.

He took 9 wickets from 11 innings (bowling). On the negative side, he leaked around 10 runs an over. But his career is far from over. He can make a comeback through good performance in the IPL since there aren’t many compatible players like him.
